Educational Licenses: Empowering Future Solar Professionals

Who is eligible?
If you are a student, educator, or contractor enrolled in, employed by, or contracted by a qualified educational institution, you may be eligible. Qualified institutions are those that have been accredited by an authorized governmental agency and whose primary purpose is teaching enrolled students, including accredited higher education institutions.
Qualified educational institutions include all accredited public or private schools, including:
Junior colleges
Colleges, universities, and technical schools.
Organizations that do not qualify:
The following types of organizations are not qualified educational institutions:
Non-accredited educational institutions
Training centers
Research laboratories (exceptions will be made if research results will be published)
Retraining programs
Requesting an educational license
To set up your educational license, we'll need some basic information from you. Please complete the Educational & Research License request form.
We will also require written proof of your current employment (for educators) or enrollment (for students) at your institution.
For educators:
Complete the Educational & Research License request form.
Download the pvcase-educator-verification.docx and provide the appropriate details.
Have your senior faculty colleague or administrator sign it. The letter must be on the institution's letterhead to be valid for verification. You may either copy and paste into your institution’s letterhead or print on letterhead and scan/photograph in preparation for uploading in support of your request to verify your eligibility to access PVcase products with an Educational license.
Send the completed document to education@pvcase.com
For students:

Have your professor or Administrator sign it. The letter must be on the university letterhead to be valid for verification. You may either copy and paste it into your university letterhead or print it on letterhead and scan/photograph it in preparation for uploading in support of your request to verify your eligibility to access PVcase products with an educational license.

Research Licenses: Advancing Solar Energy Innovation

Who is eligible?
Qualified Research institutions include all accredited public or private Entities, including:
Research centers
Research laboratories and National institutes
Colleges, universities, and technical schools
Requesting a research license
We'll need some basic information from you to set up your research license. Please complete the Educational & Research License request form, choosing the research option provided. When completing the form, please make sure to provide as much information as possible about your research project. This will help us evaluate your request and determine the scope of your software needs and support from our end.
We'll also need written proof of your current employment or enrollment at your institution.
For researchers:
